2023 Virginia Aviation Conference

Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors have always been and will continue to be an integral part of our conference, and we are excited that the exhibit hall will be open under more "normal" circumstances.  The exhibit hall is scheduled to be open at 5:30pm on Wednesday evening through Friday morning and we have organized the agenda to include plenty of interaction with attendees. 

Please note - registration and payment must be received by July 21, 2023 to be included in the program and signage.  After this date, Exhibitors will be accommodated on a space available basis and late fees take effect.
